Overview
This policy describes how information is handled on the RASP Vault marketing website. It does not yet describe the production backup platform, which is in active development and will have product-specific privacy and data-processing documentation before availability.
Information we handle
The contact form on this site does not send information to a website server. It prepares an email in your own email application. If you choose to send it, we receive the details you include, such as your name, business email, company, product interest and message.
Our hosting provider may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and early access requests.
- To understand product requirements and improve our planned offering.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and prevent misuse.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support email, hosting or security under appropriate obligations, or disclosed when lawfully required.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legitimate business records and applicable legal requirements. Technical records are retained according to hosting and security needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information. You can also ask us to stop product communications at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Email and hosting services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for these transfers.

We may update this policy as the website and product evolve. The revision date at the top identifies the latest version.
